2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using td888 complies with all laws, regulations, and restrictions applicable in your jurisdiction. td888 makes no representation that its Services are lawful in any particular territory. You access td888 entirely at your own risk with regard to applicable local law.
2.3 Registration Accuracy. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your td888 Account. Any material false or misleading information provided during or after registration may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on td888. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all related Accounts. Any Balances held across duplicate Accounts are subject to forfeiture.
2.5 Non-Transferable. td888 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any Account Balance to any third party.
3.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your td888 login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. You must notify td888 support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation or if you suspect any security breach.
3.2 Account Updates. You must keep your registered contact details current. td888 is not liable for any failure to communicate if your registered email or mobile number is outdated or incorrect.
3.3 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login or transactional activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. td888 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with any schedule published on the Platform at the relevant time.
4.1 Accepted Methods. td888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. All player funds are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the td888 Account cashier at the time of transaction. These minimums are subject to change and may vary by payment method.
4.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. td888 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of any applicable verification or wagering requirements. td888 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours for verified Accounts, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests.
4.5 Verification. td888 may require identity verification documents (such as a CNIC copy or utility bill) before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified period may result in suspension of withdrawal processing until verification is complete.
4.6 Currency. All Account Balances, wagers, and payouts on td888 are denominated in PKR. td888 is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations affecting players who fund their Accounts through channels that involve currency conversion.
5.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting market available on td888 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or betting market. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. All wagers on td888 are subject to acceptance. td888 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any wager at its discretion, including where a technical error, pricing error, or manifest mistake has occurred.
5.3 Void Bets. td888 reserves the right to declare any bet void where it was placed on the basis of an obvious error in odds or game parameters, or where the relevant event has been the subject of match manipulation or other irregularity. Voided bets result in a return of the original stake to the Player's Account Balance.
5.4 Disconnection. td888 is not liable for any loss of winnings or incomplete transactions resulting from disconnection, network failure, or device malfunction on the Player's end. Where a game round or bet cannot be completed due to disconnection, td888's internal records shall be the definitive record of the transaction state.
5.5 Maximum Winnings. td888 may apply maximum payout limits per game, per session, or per day. Applicable limits are displayed within the relevant game or product section. Any winnings exceeding applicable limits may be adjusted to the stated maximum at td888's discretion.
6.1 Eligibility. All bonuses and promotions offered by td888 are subject to individual promotion terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds. Promotion-specific terms are published alongside each offer on the td888 Platform.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your td888 Account must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
6.3 Abuse. td888 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a Player has exploited, abused, or misused a promotional offer. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple Accounts, or coordinating with other Players.
6.4 Modification & Withdrawal. td888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. Promotional offers are not contractual entitlements and are offered at td888's sole discretion.

8.2 Limited Licence. td888 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the td888 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
